Special entertainment events are offered to Forum attendees and their guests. The next Forum for Institutional Investors,
the 14th in the series, will be held in New York City on Thursday & Friday October 23 - 24, 2008, and will include the
following special events:

A daytime tour of the world-famous Metropolitan Museum, one of New York's top
tourist attractions, followed by lunch. (Thursday - for guests of attendees)

Dinner Cruise of Manhattan on the Atlantica Yacht with breathtaking views of major
New York City landmarks. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served, followed by
dinner and entertainment. (Thursday evening - for attendees and their guests)

Cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and dinner at Blue Fin Restaurant in the W Hotel on Times
Square followed by a choice of one of two Broadway hit musicals, "A Catered Affair" at the Walter Kerr Theatre or
"Jersey Boys" at the August Wilson Theatre. (Friday evening - for attendees and their guests)
There is a $1125 registration fee for the Forum.* When registering online you will receive an invoice.
EARLY BIRD HOTEL RATE: BLB&G has reserved a discounted block of rooms at the
Palace. If you register by July 15, rates are $379/night. If you wish to stay following the Forum, the rates will be subject to availability.
*The registration fee covers meals and entertainment in conformity with many jurisdictions'
gift/gratuity limitations or restrictions. If you are not governed by such restrictions,
you may submit a written request to waive this fee. For qualified institutional investors
from the United Kingdom and Europe, the registration fee is automatically waived unless required by your jurisdiction.
