EARLY BIRD HOTEL RATE: BLB&G has reserved a discounted block of rooms at the Palace.  If you register by July 15, rates are $379/night. If you wish to stay following the Forum, the rates will be subject to availability.

*The registration fee covers meals and entertainment in conformity with many jurisdictions' gift/gratuity limitations or restrictions. If you are not governed by such restrictions, you may submit a written request to waive this fee. For qualified institutional investors from the United Kingdom and Europe, the registration fee is automatically waived unless required by your jurisdiction.
